Ryan Pratt opened Pratt Law Firm in December 2011, because his personal mission is to counsel people through challenging legal problems. In April 2012, Ryan Pratt committed his family practice exclusively to Collaborative Divorce and mediation. Collaborative Divorce allows him to help spouses reconstruct their families amidst divorce. He is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, an international community of legal, mental health and financial professionals working in concert to create client-centered processes for resolving conflict. Also, he is on the Mississpppi Supreme Court mediator list, and mediates disputes among families and business.

The way we practice family law is what sets us apart from every other firm. We are committed to resolving disputes peacefully through Collaborative Divorce and mediation. The goal of Collaborative Divorce is to help divorcing couples focus on their most important goals, especially children, throughout the divorce process. Through mediation, we facilitate respectful negotiation and help the parties formulate create, win-win solutions. Even though couples sometimes dissolve, the family still remains.
