HistoryIn October 2015, Dan Roberts launched The Connection Tutoring Center in East Memphis. Unlike other tutoring franchises, The Connection is a local business that serves and adapts to our community's needs. Based on our community's feedback, The Connection intentionally expanded in two areas: Learners' ages and academic subjects. The Connection offers small-group and private tutoring to K-12, college, and adult learners. While we specialize in mathematics, our instruction is not limited to it and is available in science, literacy, and standardized test prep. Community outreach is also an important tenet of our commitment to Memphis. We partner with local schools and organizations to provide academic support and sponsorship. The Connection builds positive relationships among students, teachers, and parents to turn school-related stress and frustration into success.SpecialtiesAt The Connection, we work alongside educators in diverse communities to make academic achievement accessible to all: K-12, college, and adult learners.
