Baxter Healthcare Corporation is the primary United States operating subsidiary of Baxter International. With 64 manufacturing facilities located throughout the world, North America Baxter encompasses facilities in the United States and Canada including one in Cleveland, Miss. Its headquarters are maintained in Deerfield, Ill.
