The Transition Plus and Pathway programs serve students ages 18 to 21 who have a variety of special needs, and works with them in their transition from a school to the community environment. The school year runs from the beginning of August to the beginning of June. Students, whose levels of independence varies, work on job training and employment skills, independent-living skills and community participation skills. They spend part of the day in the community working with different people and organizations, and part of the day in the school building.
