History
The Copper Hen is founded by a husband and wife team. We got our start by making beautiful wedding cakes and desserts for friends of ours who couldn't afford to purchase from a traditional bakery. The demand for our treats grew and with the help of our bread baker and chefs, we launched a full scale food menu, complete with beer & wine to complement the amazing desserts! We pride ourselves on using the most fresh, pure and local ingredients which is why everything is made from scratch and in-house. For example, our breads use natural leavens (no commercial yeast) to produce a healthier and tastier bread and we use the same care and quality for all the rest of our food as well.
