Tri-County Community Action Program, also known as TCC, is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a variety of services to create opportunities for self-sufficiency. Founded in 1965, it serves the residents of Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd counties in Minnesota. The organization administers programs in the areas of family services, economic development, welfare reform and housing.
