Since 1976, Rust Consulting has used computer and communications technology to meet the requirements of courts, law firms, government and corporate counsel. Founded by Ronald A. Rust, the group is a leader in applying computer technology to the practice of law. Using the advanced computers and technology, group has coded millions of documents and built databases in more than 500 cases, such as MCI v. AT&T, Westmoreland v. CBS and the Chem-Dyne environmental case. The firms practice areas include consumer law, insurance, product liability, employment, antitrust, environmental, mass tort, bankruptcy and a variety of specialty areas, such as property rights, discrimination and finance. Rust Consulting has processing centers located in Minneapolis and Faribault, Minn., with more than 870 call center stations where customer service representatives handle calls and other case team members process claims.
