RE/MAX Preferred Realty has offices in Olivia, Willmar, and Spicer. The Olivia office has been operated by Kathy Haen since 1999, and here in the new location since 2010. Kathy's son, Joe Haen, has worked in the office since 2006. Kathy and Joe work together as a team to serve their clients needs.
