Legend has it that Potbelly started selling sandwiches out of an antique store in Chicago where a potbelly stove was a central attraction. Located on the edge of Eden Priaire Center's food court, today's Potbelly features antique decor, a nod to its roots, and its popular sandwiches (offered in big and skinny sizes), pickles, salads and rotating soup selections, in addition to ice cream treats. The restaurant offers indoor, seasonal outdoor and food court seating options, and caters particularly to the lunch crowd. Potbelly participates in high school fundraisers and works with local groups in its effort to be involved in the Eden Prairie community.
