Pizzeria Pezzo has been a dream of owner and executive chef Gary Bougie since he started his first restaurant SLYCE coal fired pizza in suburban Chicago. Pezzo is a spin off of SLYCE, offering the same high quality coal fired pizza as SLYCE, with some new delicious options including Chicago Style Deep Dish.

At Pizzeria Pezzo, food is our passion. We see our menu as a chance to further the art of handcrafted, artisanal pizza, keeping a sharp focus on the ingredients for every pie and Italian comfort dish we create. And because our community's farmers are passionate about what they do too, we don't have to look far for fresh, quality produce. We use these locally grown or raised products whenever possible, carefully putting it all together in our coal-fired ovens for a perfectly balanced, perfectly charred pie. Simply put, this is our passion, and we hope it shines through with every bite.
