The Partners in Higher Education facility is a collaboration between Dakota County Technical College, Saint Mary's University and Inver Hills Community College. Programs start at the certificate level and go through the master's level, including a master's in teaching and law enforcement offered through Saint Mary's. About 20 percent of DCTC students attend a class at this site. Approximately 1,000 students are currently enrolled in a class at the building, and there are about 30 faculty currently teaching at here.
There are a wide variety of classes here. Some offer instruction in wood finishing or automotive work. Others engage students in training with the local business community. Partners in Higher Education also serves as the south metro's small business development center.
