HistoryWBCA is graced by the love and support of an incredible community, built over 50 years. The Center opened a 10,000 square-foot building in 2013, and quickly grew to capacity, serving over 30,000 per year (including 1500+ members). Set for 2021, WBCA plans to add additional classrooms, expand into even more classes (presently over 850), and increase parking. WBCA anchors the White Bear Lake Arts District, located on Long Avenue, just north of Downtown White Bear Lake on Highway 61. WBCA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that relies on financial support from private donors and institutions such as the Minnesota State Arts Board.SpecialtiesAt WBCA, you can awaken your creativity, discover new arts and cultures, and enrich your life through friendship and the act of making.
