History
Before obtaining my WITS certification as a personal trainer, I ventured through a variety of programs including: Body Pump, Cross Fit, TRX and various Bootcamps. I eventually trained with Phil Martens and his patented G-Werx system. Much of the training I now do is modeled after his small group training program. At year end, I will be opening a one of the first G-Werx franchises. I will keep you up-to-date on developments.
Specialties
If you want to get in shape, going to the gym is only half the battle. For those who train on their own, it is very typical for efforts to fall short of expectations and end in discouragement. Many people just give up. You may start up again and stop because you don't see the results you want to achieve. Fitness is a life style and it is my goal to put you on that path. There is an exact science to fitness training. This is where the skills of a certified fitness trainer come into play. Based on your goals, I will design a highly effective program that will achieve the results you desire.
