The Cass County Sheriff's Office is a law enforcement agency that protects residents lives, property and individual rights, and maintains peace and order. It offers services for the pursuit and apprehension of felons, investigation of crimes and accidents, searches for missing persons, patrolling county roads and lakes and promoting public safety. The Cass County Sheriff's Office also serves writs, warrants, commitment papers and court orders.
