Locust Hills Lake Minnetonka is a planned community. This new neighborhood of single family homes is currently under construction. The upper bracket homes can be custom built, with various lots available abutting small ponds, woodsy forest paths and more. There is also lake access and the homes are within a half mile of downtown Wayzata.
