Kay, a lifelong Fridley resident, opened her floral shop in 1996. While the exterior may be small, its walls are covered with country-cottage decorations for sale, along with a floral selection with different flowers depending on the mood and season. Arrangements are personally designed and unique to each customer. Kay does floral arrangements for many corporate businesses in Fridley and the surrounding areas. Kay's Cottage also has racks of cards for various occasions.
