The Korean art of Hwa Rang Do may not be as well known as Tae Kwon Do, but according to instructor Dylan Sirny, it's one of the most comprehensive systems of self-defense available. The entire system includes strikes, grappling, kicking, and acrobatics and has more than 100 different weapons. A variety of classes are held every evening for children as young as 3 up through adults. Check its website for more details about upcoming seminars and monthly specials.
