Oak Meadows is owned and operated by Family Resources Development, Inc., a nonprofit organization affiliated with the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ. The facility's on-site chaplain offers ecumenical and inter-faith celebrations, devotions and pastoral care. Its professional staff offers activities promoting ongoing social and emotional development, with private bus transportation for scheduled shopping trips and other events. Oak Meadows contracts with Presbyterian Homes & Services doing business as Presbyterian Home Care. Presbyterian Home Care and Oak Meadows' receptionist are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
