I bought three pre-owned games there and they forgot to put the games in the cases, so by the time I got home and went to play the games there were no games to play.

Went to sell my old iPhone 5C and they said they couldn't take it because it had been reset, which they told me to do over the phone... Took it to another GameStop location and they took it....
