Flannery Properties has been owned and run since its foundingin 2004 by Ryan Flannery. He decided to operate here in Eden Prairie because of the fast growth and expansion of the town. He specializes in commercial real estate, owning and operating multiple hotels. He also owns and rents the building Flannery Properties operates from. It is a very bueatiful building with a conference room overlooking a picturesque pond within earshot of a couple soothing fountains.
