This park in Hopkins' is at the city's heart, both physically and metaphorically. Plaques are set about to remember residents who made the town what it is. Other memorials honor veterans. Even the benches have been given in honor or in memory of someone.
The park is also a place for fun. It's home to Music in the Park every summer, and the Hopkins Farmers Market takes place nearby from mid-June to October. With its location so close to downtown stores and restaurants, it's a good place for a picnic lunches beneath the shade trees.
