Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse & Supperclub combines the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supperclub with an experimental American-style brewery, all overlooking the beautiful waterfront of Long Lake. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal. Please dress up or down. Happy Hour Sun-Fri 3pm-5pm. Reservations available for the Supperclub only.
