Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service provides veterinary services through four clinics in Minnesota. The clinics provide emergency services, including supportive care and 24-hour ICU monitoring and hospitalization and surgical treatments, such as diaphragmatic hernia repair, endoscopy, foreign body retrieval, enterotomy, laparotomy, gastric dilatation and laceration repair. The clinics provide various clinical procedures, including central line placement, enteral feeding tube placement, thoracotomy tube placement and blood and plasma transfusions. The clinics perform diagnostic tests for blood gas analysis, blood glucose curves, electrocardiogram, ethylene glycol analysis, ultrasound and urinalysis. Affiliated Emergency also offers internal medicine and physical therapy consultation and supervision services. AEVS clinics are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and fully equipped with diagnostic equipment and in-house laboratory and pharmacy.
