Although Adagio's Pizza Factory has been a New Brighton neighborhood staple since 1979, new owners took over in 2010 and they are committed to using only the freshest ingredients and a lot of the original recipes, all while trying out new ideas and recipes as well.

Pizza is OK. They also have a full bar and other menu items along with brunch on the weekends. The draw for me is the community atmosphere. Nice neighborhood bar.
