Air conditioning units. One in kitchen, one in bedroom. Both effective at all.

This is the carpet when I moved in they attempted to clean it it's not fluffy or anything. Like walking on a hard surface.

Entrance way has always looked like this and now there's a plant growing on the right corner.

This is how they left the door. Barely works. And that's the front door

My leaky gutter. I tried fixing it myself since maintenece won't do it.
