HealthTRAC is one of the departments of the Three Rivers Area Hospital Authority, a community-owned, nonprofit regional medical center and health care organization located in Three Rivers, Mich. HealthTRAC offers various options for physical fitness, weight loss and managing health. Its personal trainers, who are exercise physiologists with degrees in exercise science and accredited by established accrediting associations, develop customized fitness and nutrition programs for members.
