History
Stober's is Lansing's oldest bar, getting the city's first liquor license in 1933 following the end of Prohibition. Over the years, it was called the German Village (until World War II), the Rustic Village and, finally, Stober's in 1964 (named for Rudy Stober). The current owners bought the bar in 2006. Stober's is the classic bar, with a casual, friendly vibe and an eclectic blend of clientele. We have a rotating variety of 12 beers on tap and plenty of bottle and can craft beers. We are known for having two of the best shuffleboard tables around that are enjoyed by beginners to championship players. Our
