so basically for $280.00 they removed the cover(left it laying in our grass)put the ladder and stair railing in and left.still no return call.

I wouldn't trust these guys to skim my pool!!! I would not use Perfect 10 ever again if I were to get another pool. They were quick to take my money and were attentive while planning the install....
