The Orchard Lake Philharmonic is a nonprofit community orchestra located in Farmington Hills, MI. With a rich history spanning 16 seasons, the orchestra offers a diverse repertoire of music and performs at various churches in Novi, Farmington Hills, and Shelby Township. Led by the talented conductor Norm Logan, the orchestra welcomes musicians of all levels and provides a unique opportunity to play great music in a volunteer capacity.
As the only community orchestra in the area that performs two concerts on the same day, the Orchard Lake Philharmonic offers a special experience for both musicians and concert-goers. Wind players and percussionists are encouraged to participate in all concerts, while strings have the option to perform in one or both concerts. Additionally, the orchestra collaborates with the Nardin Park Methodist Church choir for their Christmas and Easter Concerts, creating memorable performances for the community to enjoy.
