Oakland Christian Church is a non-denominational church located on the southwest corner of Adams and Silverbell roads. The large church, which is led by Pastors Dominic and Amira Russo, is also home to Dominic Russo Ministries, an evangelical organization that strives "to awaken and inspire the dreams of God in people's hearts." Oakland Christian Church also has a children's ministry (AWANA) for children up to 12 years, the New Republic youth ministry for adolescents and young adults, The Gathering for college-age individuals, P.E.A.R.L.S. women's ministry and other groups for adults. Music is also a large part of the church's contemporary services, which are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

Crown of Life Lutheran Church sits on the southeast corner of Adams and Dutton roads, tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. The church offers Saturday evening and Sunday morning worship services as well as Sunday School classes for children. Among other groups and organizations, this church has choirs for adults and children and is home to the "Crown Jewels" ladies group. Rochester First Church of the Nazarene, led by Reverend Larry Crum, has worship services on Sunday and Wednesday, Sunday school for children, youth groups, youth and adult bible study, and the Praise Team music ensemble.
