Muskegon High School is a four-year, coeducational public school that provides learning opportunities for the development of academic, social and career skills of more than 1,450 students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, fine arts, foreign languages, information technology, life management, math, physical education, science and social studies. The school provides opportunities to participate in football, volleyball, cross country, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, basketball, cheerleading, wrestling, baseball, softball, tennis, and track and field. Its bookstore sells several items, such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, footballs, mugs, bracelets, window stickers, glue sticks, notebooks, chains, erasers, pencils and folders. Located in Muskegon, Mich., the high school is a part of Muskegon Public Schools. Muskegon High School is accredited by North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges.
