We do this by incorporating proven body movements to integrate our mind and our body to work as a single full functioning person. These movements come from Choi Kwan Do, Brain Gym and Bal-A-Vis-X. The result is an exciting martial art form that changes not only the student but the entire family. Learning becomes easier, grades go up, home work goes from three hours to a half hour, hand/eye coordination improves as does core activation.
