Leadership Troy is a non-profit organization committed to the development and formalization of community improvement programs. Past projects have include the Troy Futures Report, the Future of the Troy Public Library, Arts in Troy, Green Design, Wireless Oakland, Technology and You, and others. The organization comprises various representatives from community organizations, businesses and individuals. Its current president is Jim Cyrulewski.
