I had an appointment scheduled, yet still waited almost an hour and a half before being seen. Appointments should mean something, especially when customers plan their day around them....

The lady was really sweet, but... I mean judge for yourself. I'm not sure what happened here, but I feel like if I did nails for a living I would not take pride in this.
