Kent City Map
Kent City is a village in Kent County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,061 at the 2000 census.
The village was named for New York jurist and legal scholar, James Kent, as was Kent County.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.9 km²), of which, 1.1 square miles (2.8 km²) of it is land and 0.90% is water.
