Using gloves and wraps, punches and kicks are focused on contact with your own heavy bag. Focus is on proper technique, spacing, and footwork, as you learn to channel power from your core with a balanced stance. Trainers use pre-designed drills requiring good footwork, balance, and a sense of spacing in order to develop your proper heavy bag technique- maximizing speed, power, and accuracy. Our equipment is of the highest quality available in the U.S., and once you hit one of our 6 foot, 135 pound heavy bags, you won't want to train with anything else!
