Jay Enn was founded in 1962 to service the tooling needs of the automotive industry. The company has been at the current location in Troy, Mich., since it's inception. Jay Enn is organized based on a QS-9000 TE Supplement Automotive Standards. Its NC programming department is capable of producing accurate, high quality three-dimensional cutter paths for almost all CNC mill in use. Jay Enn can also create solid surfaces from wire frame or scan data. The company s inspection department is equipped with dimensionally certified CMM machines with large table sizes, enabling it to check full body side tools without shifting any bases. Jay Enn is capable of producing black and white plots of any size up to 36 inches. Its re-certification and refurbishing gages include re-certifying, refurbishing, reworking or repairing gages and fixtures.
