Founded in 1972, the InterCare Community Health Network is a part of America's health care safety network that serves more than 15 million people throughout the United States. It provides health care, disease prevention and chronic disease treatment services. The network also offers medical, dental, prenatal and obstetrical services. In addition, the InterCare Community Health Network provides maternal and infant health, outreach and behavioral health programs. It is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers and the Michigan Primary Care Association. The network serves Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kent, Ottawa and Van Buren counties in Michigan. The InterCare Community Health Network maintains a location in Pullman, Mich.
