Opened in 2001, Holton Middle School is a coeducation institution that enrolls more than 300 students. Its academic curriculum includes a range of subjects, such as mathematics, science, social studies, language arts, computers and physical education. The school offers various elective educational programs in Spanish, drafting, Internet design, crime investigation and Microsoft applications. Holton Middle School also organizes various athletic activities that include football, basketball, wrestling, volleyball and cheerleading. In addition, it provides a range of counseling and advocacy services for school-related, suicidal and sibling issues. The school maintains a location in Holton, Mich., and is a part of Holton Public Schools that serves over 1,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12.
