Education is Expensive! Owning and Managing a Food Truck is a whole different animal than a Restaurant. My Husband and I had 70 years of Combined Food Service Experience. It was supposed to be our Retirement Business. We both Love good food and My husband is an excellent chef. My husband set the menu but had to take a step back to get a new hip and pair of Knees. At the End of 2015 we met Chef Shawn, another Excellent Chef! his Expertise has developed several new menu items that are a hit with our customers to include Howard Chicken, Fried Cheese Cake and a new Barbeque Sauce he calls Smokymon. All together It took us 3 years and 3 Food Truck Names to get it right! Our Truck is a must Try!
