I am from Grand Rapids, and I have been to a LOT of Goodwill stores in our state and this one was far the cleanest store yet. Cute little store packed with a lot of stuff. friendly staff. thank you

I showed up there earlier today shortly before 7:00 P.M. to drop off some items and the woman snubbed me. That's what I get for giving to Goodwill? Forget you. I was wearing a red adidas t-shirt.

Never had a problem with dropping off donations. Quick and easy. We've also enjoyed wandering the store looking for treasures.

They wouldn't stop a online order for a film camera they had listed as a digital camera. Emailed them withing two minutes of order. They have lost a long time donor.
