Lakeside Village has just celebrated its first year under new management. On May 1, 2016 our new management went into effect and began a beautification process that our residents can be very proud of. It began with painting buildings, investing in new docks, renovating some existing homes, bringing in some new homes, and enhancing the landscaping. Our next phase will include laying new asphalt on the south road (Off Shore Dr.). Renovations will continue throughout the coming year as we continue to invest in our beautification program.
