The Felician Sisters of North America are a community of vowed women religious who follow the humble example of St. Felix of Cantalice. They have established ministries and schools throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as a mission in Haiti, pioneering in social services and education. The sisters bless all those they encounter with Deo Gratias, or Thanks be to God.
In the face of the devastating impact of COVID-19, the Felician Sisters in Livonia, Michigan received an outpouring of love and support. Thirteen sisters passed away, nine due to the coronavirus. The Catholic Foundation of Michigan reached out to create a fund for the sisters, allowing them to provide financial support and share their mission and ministries with a diverse audience.
