Quality instruction and convenience is our mission at EverFit. Beth Rzendzian owner of EverFit Personal Training developed a passion for fitness and sports from an early start on a recreational basketball league in 3rd grade. Sports, choir, and scholastics were her life from there on out. After pursuing studies at MSU in Kinesiology (the study of movement) and Exercise Science in 2005, Beth found her passion in Aerobic and Group Fitness Instruction. Soon after she was certified by ACE Fitness for Personal Training. She studied exercise correction, nutrition, and the human body, and worked for the local YMCA, Brighton Athletic Club, Hamburg Fitness Center, and trained for a fantastic couple of trainers who work and instruct in the local area. In 2010 Beth opened EverFit Personal Training, LLC where she aspires to grow the business and touch the lives of hundreds in the Livingston County Area and Beyond through her many modes of training including on-line training via skype.

There are no memberships at our studio. There is just a commitment to your self-achievement and support from the EverFit team of fitness specialists to support you in reaching your goal. Our team of trainers are experts in the field with over 32+ years in combined experience. Our services include studio private personal training, small group personal training, and specialized (niche) group training sessions. We have extensions of training including in-home personal training, corporate training, and community outreach including speaking engagements, workshops, and clinics. Our unique training and coaching approach includes Pilates, Red Cord Suspension Training, Jungle Gym XT bodyweight suspension training, aerial silks and Transformational Empowerment Wellness Coaching.
