HistoryComplete Victory Fitness was born in 1970 but didn't come to be brick and mortar until about 2007 in the basement of a mental health facility. Back then we were known at V6th. The name changed in 2015 to Complete Victory Fitness&Health LLC after a message from God. Overtime we have been through some ups and downs changed locations and customer niche. Its been a struggle and it continues but my faith and my passion for what I do has brought me where I am today. I love fitness and I want to take it where every I go and share it with as many people as I can regardless of your fitness level. Complete Victory Fitness&Health will meet you where you are. Our almost 3000sq foot space is a gym home away from home. Its like working out at home with your own personal trainer on staff to always answer your questions.SpecialtiesComplete Victory Fitness&Health is a local Fitness Studio centrally located to Berkely, Southfield, Detroit and Ferndale residents. We offer a variety of fitness classes from BootCamp,Yoga, Zumba,Boxing,Circuit training to Small Group Personal Training. All of our Trainers and Fitness instructors are Certified and AED/CPR trained. Located in Oak Park on Coolidge Hwy near 9mile Rd we have great parking security cameras for your safety.We also have towel service so if you forget your own don't worry about we got you. With close to 3000sq ft of Fitness space the Fitness studio is broken up into two sides to be able to service our clients needs depending on their fitness goals. From resistance training to Bootcamps here at Complete Victory Fitness&Health you can do it all.
