Charter Township of Brighton in Michigan provides quality government services that seek to protect the rights, safety, health and welfare of its residents. The township has various departments that include administration, assessing, planning and zoning, water, and building departments. The manager at the administration department administers rules, ordinances and court judgments regarding soil removal, manages all public improvements, projects and utilities, maintains records of township owned properties, buildings and equipment, and prepares and administer the annual township budget under state law.
