We opened our shop in Norway in 2015 with our homemade sausages, Angus ground chuck patties, homemade porketta, smoked meats and have since added many new products including hand-cut, wet-aged Black Angus Choice steaks, variety of cheeses, pickled veggies and salsas, BBQ sauces, seasonings, and salad dressings.
Specialties
All of our sausages are homemade. Our recipes - some handed down from relatives and friends and some concocted on our own, contain no fillers or preservatives. We prefer to hand mix our sausages as it keeps the meat from
