Blue Yoga's studio provides a relaxing, serene environment for people of all ages, yoga experiences and skill levels to practice yoga, get in shape and unwind. Blue Yoga focuses on Ashtanga, which focuses on coordinating breathing with movement, and Vinyasa, which involves a vigorous flow of motion in a heated room. A "Slow Burn" class is also offered, which is a slower, more meditative version of Vinyasa, though just as vigorous. Yoga for kids and teens also is available, as are workshops and events.
