History
Blue Lion Fitness was founded by former Michigan football player Ryan Van Bergen and Daniel Roth to recreate a collegiate strength and conditioning environment and offer it to the general public. The high-energy and intense atmosphere allows for individuals of all fitness levels the collegiate experience as well as introduces them to new lifts and exercises in a class setting. Each class consists of a warm-up/mobility circuit, Ab/Core work, Strength (usually a barbell movement paired with accessory strength/cardio exercises), and a conditioning segment. These movements are all explained prior to performing them with an emphasis on fundamentals and safety!

Blue Lion Fitness is a high-energy brand of training that allows individuals to engage in dynamic group training sessions with other motivated members. We are committed to uniting individuals in this group atmosphere to pursue fitness results. We feature 9 sessions daily, an hour long each. Our program is based off Division I Strength and Conditioning, and can be modified to progress the beginner/novice athlete as well as challenge the fitness veteran.
