History
We began in the fall of 2016, after years of working for others, we decided to go out on our own. Each of us bringing over a decade each of experience and knowledge in the fields of baking, restaurants, and natural foods. We took over the space formerly the home to the Rambergs Bakery in Union Pier, to bring back a community bakery, and hopefully begin a new tradition.
Specialties
Scratch made cakes and pastries. Fresh local coffee and espresso. All vegetarian, as local and seasonal as possible.
